Very Friendly is a professional live recording studio at 610 Dean Street in Brooklyn, NY.

The Space

Our facility includes three purpose-built recording environments:

Live Room — Our primary tracking space for full band recording, drums, and large ensemble work. Built for capturing the energy of live performance with the isolation and control you need for professional results.

Overdub Room — An isolated space for vocals, guitar overdubs, and focused single-instrument tracking. Direct sightline to the control room for easy communication during takes.

Control Room — The engineering hub with professional monitoring, outboard processing, and a multi-DAW system. This is where decisions get made and sounds get shaped.

How We Work

We've designed a hybrid recording environment that eliminates the friction between inspiration and capture. Every signal path is pre-configured for common workflows, so engineers can start working immediately without extensive patching or troubleshooting.

All rooms are connected to the control room with dedicated tie lines, giving you maximum routing flexibility for any session type.
